A friend, who worked in a couple well-known restaurants in the city, made a delicious pasta dish for me last week. Her dish was so delicious that left me thinking… what if I could replicate it – in a gluten-free, grain-free, sugar-free way? She said I probably could. Her pasta dish contained mushrooms, garlic, soy sauce, butter and salt. I replaced the pasta with zucchini spaghetti and removed the soy sauce.
