Another delicious option for the SuperBowl is chicken skewers. Between a fowl and a kick, a few bites will do the trick!
First, preheat the oven to 350F.
Then mix up all the ingredients for the sauce: dijon mustard, water, honey, turmeric, cayenne pepper and chili powder.
Put the chicken on the skewers.
Dab the sauce on one side. Add the sesame seeds. Flip the skewers and do the same on the other side (sauce, then sesame seeds.)
Bake for 15-18 minutes. While it is baking, prepare the peanut sauce. The peanut sauce really complements the chicken skewers and is a must. If you don’t want double-dippers, either pour the sauce over the skewers or give each dipper their own sauce bowl.
